Documentation.
Fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and life safety servicing for businesses, licensed facilities and rental properties across St. John's and surrounding areas.
Fire & life safety services
We service and document the equipment the National Fire Code requires every building to keep in working order. Kitchen hood suppression is coming as our licensing expands; fire alarm and sprinkler work is coordinated with licensed partners.
Compliance assessments & advice
A walk-through of your building against the National Fire Code and your licensing requirements: what you must have, what you're missing, what to buy and where it goes. Purchase recommendations, quotes and ongoing support included.
Portable fire extinguishers
Annual maintenance, recharge, six-year internal service and hydrostatic testing. Every unit tagged and recorded to NFPA 10.
Emergency lighting & exit signs
Monthly function tests and the annual 30-minute discharge test required by the National Fire Code, with batteries and lamps replaced during the visit.
Smoke & carbon monoxide alarms
Tested, dated and replaced when expired for rental units, apartment buildings and registered short-term rentals. One record per unit.
Inspection-ready documentation
Every device photographed and coded in a digital record, with reports built for licensing inspections, insurers and fire prevention officers. Fire safety plan assistance for care homes, halls and alarm-equipped buildings.
Equipment supply & installation
New extinguishers, brackets, cabinets, signage and vehicle units, supplied and mounted to code. Site extinguishers for contractors, moved and re-tagged as your jobs move.
Deficiency correction
Failed or obsolete units replaced, missing equipment installed, and inspection orders closed out with the documentation to prove it.
Staff training
Hands-on fire extinguisher training and fire safety instruction at your site, taught by a career firefighter, with attendance records for your file.
Who we serve
Licensed operators, building owners and municipalities with equipment to maintain and inspections to pass.
A systems-first approach to compliance.
Every site is set up on a scheduled service program. Each device is tagged, photographed and tracked in a digital record, deficiencies are documented and corrected, and renewals are flagged before they lapse. Reports are formatted for insurers, licensing inspections and fire prevention officers.
Founder-operated by a career firefighter with NFPA technical certifications and a Civil Engineering Technology background.
